If you attended the LI Chapter PP Report Writing Class in June 2012, you should have the USPAP 2012-2013 book.
This course is designed to help both PP Candidates AND experienced accredited PP appraisers comply with the latest USPAP standards.
Instructor: Sandra Tropper, ASA, a Fine Arts appraiser in the Washington DC area, serves as the Chair of Education for the Personal Property Committee after four years as the Chair of the Personal Property Committee. She is currently the International Chair of Education as well for ASA. She is the ASA representative to The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC) and served as Chaired for the Council in 2011. She is currently Executive Committee oversight for the TAFAC Appraisal Standards Board Issues Committee and the Personal Property Committee Sandra is an AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor.
