Instructor: Sandra Tropper, ASA, a co-author of this course, currently serves as the Chair of Education for the Personal Property Committee after four years as the Chair of the Personal Property Committee. She is the ASA representative to The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC) and chaired the Appraisal Standards Board Issues Committee and the Personal Property Working Group. She served as the chair of the Council in 2011.
